摘要
目前,检测食品中的铅主要用石墨炉法,检测食品添加剂中的铅主要用双硫腙法,本文就湿法消解和微波消解两种方法对样品进行处理,分别用石墨炉法和双硫腙法对样品进行测定,计算出不同方法做出的结果和回收率,并且对其结果做出比较和讨论。
At present, determination of lead in food by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry largely. While the national standard method for determination of lead in food additives mainly by Diphenylthiocarbazone. In this paper, wet digestion and microwave digestion, two methods for the treatment of samples. The samples were determined by graphite furnace method and Diphenylthioearbazone method. The calculated results of the different methods and recovery, And make a comparison and discussion of the results.
