摘要
利用扫描电镜、盐雾箱、电化学工作站等对锻造态和热处理态的BYR1软磁合金微观组织、耐腐蚀性能进行了观察、测试和分析,结果表明夹杂物聚集会显著恶化合金的耐腐蚀性能,而经在H2保护下热处理后合金的耐腐蚀性能会得到一定程度的改善。
The microstructure and corrosion resistance of the hot-forged / annealed BYR1 soft magnetic alloy were observed and tested by using metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, salt spray test and the electrochemical workstation. The results indi- cate that the gatheration of inclusions deteriorate the corrosion resistance of BYR1 alloy, and which could be improved after annealing under H2 atmosphere.
