基于Simulink船舶柴油机工作过程仿真分析

摘要 应用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了6300ZDZC柴油机缸内工作过程的仿真模型,进行了缸内压力仿真试验、柴油机负荷特性试验及推进特性试验;将仿真计算结果与试验数据对比,结果表明:仿真模型计算能较好反映实际柴油机相关性能参数的变化规律.在此基础上进行柴油机性能仿真具有可行性,可为柴油机运行管理中减少油耗、提高能效提供参考. The engine performance simulation model was established in the type of 6300ZDZC diesel en- gine with MATLAB/Simulink, then pressure simulation of cylinders, the load characteristic test and propulsion characteristic test of the diesel engine were carried out. The simulation results were com- pared with the expermental data,and agreement was found between simulation results and expermental results.On the basis of the results of calculation and analysis of performance,it is possible to provides some consultation to reduce fuel consumption and improve energy efficiency in marine engineering management.
