泉州市制造业技术创新能力评价及提升路径

Evaluation and Countermeasures of Technological Innovation Ability of Quanzhou's Manufacturing Industry

以泉州市制造业为例,运用主成分分析法和回归分析法对其技术创新能力进行实证分析,结果表明:2008^(-2)015年泉州市制造业技术创新能力综合得分呈逐年上升趋势,并且技术创新能力综合得分与制造业增加值之间呈现明显的线性关系,技术创新能力综合得分每提高1个单位,会引起制造业增加值平均增加182.78个单位.在此基础上,文章进一步从夯实创新基础、加大创新投入、构建自主创新体系、提高创新效率等方面提出提升泉州市制造业技术创新能力的对策建议.

This paper empirically analyzes its technological innovative ability Quanzhou＇s manufacturing industry using principal component analysis and regression analysis method. The results showed that the comprehensive score of technological innovation ability of Quanzhou＇s manufacturing industry in 2008--2015 was increasing year by year,and there is a clear linear relationship between the comprehen- sive score of technological innovation ability and the added value of manufacturing industry.With each unit of technical innovation ability score increases, the average added value of the manufacturing indus- try increased by 182.78 units. On this basis, this paper will put forward some countermeasures to en- hance the technological innovation ability of Ouanzhou＇s manufacturing industry, such as reinforcing innovation foundation, increasing innovation investment, building independent innovation system and improving innovation efficiency.
