婚姻习惯法是拉祜族传统习惯法的重要组成部分。拉祜族婚姻习惯法在规范拉祜族社会成员的行为和责任的过程中,蕴含着独特的女性关怀内涵。以女性主义关怀伦理学为理论支撑,对拉祜族婚姻习惯法进行解读有助于加深对拉祜族婚姻习惯法的认知,也是扩展和延伸拉祜族婚姻习惯法研究的一种有益尝试。
