R290热泵热水器膨胀阀开度优化的试验研究

摘要 在热泵热水器名义工况下,对空气源热泵热水器在使用环保替代工质R290下系统的性能进行了测试,并探讨了不同膨胀阀开度对系统性能的影响状况。试验结果表明:膨胀阀开度对制热性能系数有显著影响,存在最佳开度,其相应的制热性能系数为4.251,略高于原机R22系统的性能,而制冷剂的充灌量仅为R22系统的39.1%。 The air source heat pump water heater(ASHPWH) performance using environmental -friendly refrigerant R290 as working fluid was tested under the nominal operating condition, and the main purpose was to study the influence of the opening of the expansion valve on the performance of the ASHPWH system. The results show that the opening degree of the valve has a significant influence on the coefficient of performance (COP), there exists an optimum opening (300P), and the COP is 4.251, which is slightly higher than the R22 system; the refrigerant charging quantity of R290 is only 39.1% to that of R22.
