摘要 基于空乘人才培养的特殊条件和学生实习的强烈需求,高校空乘专业不能像其他专业那样实行"2+1"的合作模式;高校必须更新校企合作的理念,深入研究民航业的需求和规律。经过探索,"1.5+N"模式为解决校企合作难题提供了新思路。"1.5"指学生在校学习的第一阶段——理论学习阶段,时间为一年半左右;"N"是指学生在校学习的第二阶段——实训阶段,时间较为灵活。这种实训模式给学生创造了更多的实践机会,有利于高职教育以就业为导向的职业教育发展方针的贯彻实施。 Based on the specific conditions of flight attendant training and students' strong demand for internship, the flight attendant professional can' t adopt the 2 + 1 cooperation mode like other professional practice. The colleges and universities must renew the idea of school - enterprise cooperation and study the requirements and rules of civil aviation industry. After exploring, the 1.5 + N model provides new ideas for solving the problem of school - enterprise cooperation. The 1.5 refers to the first stage of the student' s learning, which is about a year and a half, to learn theory knowledge. N refers to the second stage of the student' s practical learning, which is more flexible. This mode of practice creates more practical opportunities for students, and is conducive to the implementation of education, the career oriented professional education development policy.
