摘要 建设智能化电厂需要进一步提高电站锅炉性能监控水平,从而保障锅炉在全负荷范围内安全、高效运行。通过采用计算机图像处理和辐射逆问题求解方法,耦合炉侧燃烧诊断和锅侧蒸发系统建模,实现了锅炉燃烧过程的数字化检测,并在一台超临界W型火焰锅炉上开展了试验研究。以炉侧燃烧诊断给出的水冷壁表面热流密度分布作为边界条件,按照大比热区的焓值范围划分3个焓值区间分别求解工质侧换热系数,实现了超临界压力下水冷壁温度分布的检测。试验结果表明,炉侧温度检测误差小于50K,锅侧水冷壁检测误差小于1.06%。锅炉燃烧数字化检测技术将为控制炉内燃烧工况的优化分布提供重要参考。 It is essential to improve the monitoring technology of combustion in the utility boiler in order to ensure the safe and economic operation in the whole load range. Based on flame image processing and radiation inverse solution, the digital diagnosis of combustion and evaporation in the boiler were presented, and the experiment was carried out on a supercritical arch-fired boiler. The detected heat flux distribution was utilized as the boundary condition of evaporation modeling, and the solution of heat transfer coefficients were divided into three enthalpy ranges respectively according to the enthalpy range of large specific heat. The results indicate that, the measurement error of flame temperature is less than 50K, and the detected error of tube temperature is less than 1.06%. The digital detection technology would provide an important reference for the optimal distribution of combustion conditions in the utility boiler.
