红三叶草粉喂猪的消化率测定及饲养效果研究

用胃蛋白酶/猪小肠液冻干粉离体测定法测定了营养期、现蕾期和盛花期红三叶草粉的干物质和能量消化率。干物质消化率依次为:53.90、50.74和50.06％;能量消化率依次为49.30、47.46和47.64％。再用28头生长猪作了不同比例红三叶草粉代替菜饼和麦麸的饲养试验,结果表明:以5、10和15％等量取代,试猪前期随取代量增加,其生产性能呈下降趋势,后期的结果相反,10和15％水平组全期日增重略高于对照组。

The digestibilities of red clover were measured by pepsin/free-dried small intestinal juice-of pig, The DM digestibilities were 53.90, 50.74, 50.06% ,and the energy digestibilities were 49.30, 47.46, 47.64% for growing, bud and flowering stage respectively of red clover.
