窄波紫外线光疗与斯皮仁诺联合治疗糠枇孢子菌毛囊炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of narrow wave ultraviolet phototherapy combined with Sipi Rennuo in the treatment of chaff spore fungus folliculitis

目的研究窄波紫外线光疗与斯皮仁诺联合治疗糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎的临床效果。方法选取2011年12月至2015年12月我院收治的40例糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各20例。对照组患者采用斯皮仁诺治疗,研究组患者采用斯皮仁诺联合窄波紫外线光疗治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组3个月复发率为0.00%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窄波紫外线光疗联合斯皮仁诺药物治疗糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎的临床疗效显著,且复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of narrow wave ultraviolet phototherapy combined with Sipi Rennuo in the treatment of chaff spore fungus folliculitis. Methods Forty cases of patients with chaff spore fungus folliculitis admitted in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received Sipi Rennuo, and the study group accepted narrow wave ultraviolet phototherapy combined with Sipi Rennuo. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%, which was higher than 60.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate after 3 months of the study group was 0.00%, which was lower than 25.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of narrow wave ultraviolet phototherapy combined with Sipi Rennuo in the treatment of chaff spore fungus folliculitis is significant, its recurrence rate is lower, which is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
