外固定支架联合负压封闭引流术治疗下肢开放性粉碎性骨折的疗效

Clinical effect of external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage in patients with open comminuted fracture of lower limb

目的分析和评价外固定支架联合负压封闭引流术治疗下肢开放性粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法选择本院收治的70例下肢开放性粉碎性骨折患者为研究对象,随机分成A组和B组,每组35例患者。A组患者行外固定支架联合负压封闭引流术治疗,B组患者行外固定支架治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果 A组患者的住院时间、骨折愈合时间、创面闭合时间均明显短于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者的踝关节功能恢复优良率为77.14%,B组为57.14%;A组患者的并发症发生率为5.71%,B组患者为20.00%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用外固定支架联合负压封闭引流术可以有效治疗下肢开放性粉碎性骨折,不仅能够缩短患者的住院时间,加快其骨折愈合,且踝关节功能恢复较好,并发症少,值得大力推广。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of open comminuted fracture of lower limb. Methods Seventy cases of patients with open comminuted fracture of lower limb in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All the patients were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the group A received external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage, while patients in the group B received external fixation. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hospital stay, fracture healing time and functional recovery time of ankle joint of the group A were shorter than those of the group B（P〈0.05）. The excellent rate of ankle joint functional recovery of the group A was 77.14%, which was higher than 57.14% of the group B（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complications of the group A was 5.71%, which was lower than 20.00% of the group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion External fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage is effective in the treatment of open comminuted fracture of lower limb. It can not only shorten the hospitalization time and accelerate the fracture healing, but also has better ankle function restoration and less complications. It is worthy of wide promotion.
