鼻内镜下腺样体切除治疗小儿鼾症的临床观察

Clinical observation of endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy on children with snoring disease

目的研究鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗小儿鼾症的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月我院收治的120例小儿鼾症患者为研究对象,并将患者按手术方法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组患儿采用鼻内镜下腺样体切除术,对照组患儿采用传统腺样体刮除术。比较两组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿的的手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,而术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗总有效率,头痛、咽干、圆枕损伤及并发症总发生率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的鼻腔粘连发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗小儿鼾症可有效减少术中出血量,减少患儿术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy in children with snoring disease. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016, 120 pediatric patients with snoring disease in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to different surgery methods, with 60 cases in each group. The pediatric patients in the observation group underwent endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy, and patients in the control group were given traditional adenoidectomy curettage. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay, therapeutic effect as well as postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the total effective rate, headache, dry throat,round pillow injury and total complication rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference in the adhesion of nasal cavity between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy in children with snoring disease can reduce the intraoperative blood loss, decrease the incidence rate of postoperative complications, so it deserves extensive application.
