预见性护理在腹腔镜下胆囊炎切除术中的应用效果观察

Application effect of predictive nursing on laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的观察与探究预见性护理在腹腔镜下胆囊炎切除术中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年3月至2015年9月收治的腹腔镜下胆囊炎切除术患者68例进行研究,采用信封式随机分组的方法将其分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理,对两组患者术后并发症的发生率、肠功能恢复时间、住院时间及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者术后并发症总发生率为5.88%,明显低于对照组的29.41%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肠功能恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在腹腔镜下胆囊炎切除术中的应用效果可观,值得临床广泛推广实施。

Objective To observe and explore the effect of predictive nursing on laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystitis in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random envelope, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group received predictive nursing, the postoperative complications, recovery time of intestinal function, length of stay and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of postoperative complications was 5.88% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 29.41% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The recovery time, length of stay in the observation were shorter than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Predictive nursing in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy has remarkable effect, which is worthy of clinical practice.
