骨科人工关节置换患者应用优质护理服务模式的效果

Effect analysis of high-quality nursing service mode on patients with artificial joint replacement in orthopedics department

目的分析骨科人工关节置换患者应用优质护理服务模式的效果。方法选取我院收治的骨科人工关节置换患者86例为研究对象,利用随机法将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。观察组应用优质护理服务模式,对照组应用常规护理,对比分析两组患者术后关节屈伸活动度、拆线时间、疼痛缓解时间及护理满意度等。结果观察组患者术后关节屈伸活动度、拆线时间、疼痛缓解时间及护理满意度均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科人工关节置换患者应用优质护理服务模式效果显著,可使患者快速恢复,并获得较高的护理满意度,因此值得于临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing on artificial joint replacement patients in orthopedics department. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients accepted artificial joint replacement in orthopedics department of our hospital were selected as study objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The observation group received high-quality nursing service mode, and the control group used conventional nursing. The postoperative joint flexion and extension activity, disconnection time, pain relief time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative joint flexion and extension activity, disconnection time, pain relief time and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion high-quality nursing service mode applied in patient treated with artificial joint replacement in orthopedics department can achieve significant effect,which can help the patients recover quickly, with high nursing satisfaction, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
