手术室护理干预在骨科手术切口感染预防中的应用效果

Effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of incision infection in orthopedic surgery

目的探讨手术室护理干预在骨科手术切口感染预防中的应用效果。方法选取2012年3月至2016年6月在我院骨科进行择期手术治疗的120例骨科手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用手术室护理干预,对比两组切口感染发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组切口感染率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的13.33%(χ~2=3.9273,P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为93.33%,明显高于对照组的71.67%(χ~2=9.7547,P<0.05)。结论手术室护理干预可显著减少患者切口感染发生率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of incision infection in orthopedic surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with orthopedics elective surgery in our hospital from March 2012 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group（n=60） and control group（n=60）. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group taken operating room nursing. The occurrence rate of incision infection and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results The occurrence rate of incision infection of the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 13.33% of the control group（χ~2=3.9273, P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 71.67% of the control group（χ~2=9.7547, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Operating room nursing can reduce the occurrence rate of incision infection and improve the nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
