循证护理在膝关节镜手术配合中的应用价值分析

Application value of evidence-based nursing in the coordination of knee arthroscopic surgery

目的观察实施膝关节镜手术时应用循证护理的价值。方法选取2015年2月至2017年1月在我院实施膝关节镜手术治疗的患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规手术护理,观察组采用循证护理,对比两组患者的手术时间和住院时间,以及止血带反应、敷料污染、症状改善和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者止血带反应率、敷料污染率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,症状改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理应用于膝关节镜手术治疗中,能够有效缩短手术时间,患者能够较快恢复,且预后情况较佳。

Objective To observe the application value of evidence-based nursing on knee arthroscopic surgery. Methods One hundred patients who were treated with knee arthroplasty from February 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine surgical nursing, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing, then the operation time and length of stay, as well as tourniquet response, dressing pollution, symptoms and complications in the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and length of stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the rate of tourniquet response and dressing pollution of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the improvement of the symptoms was better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing measures can be used in the treatment of knee arthroscopic surgery, which can effectively shorten the operation time, and the patients can recover quickly and the prognosis of the patients is good.
