行为干预对功能性便秘患者肛门直肠压力及疗效的影响

The influence of behavior intervention on the effect and anorectal pressure of patients with functional constipation

目的探讨行为干预对功能性便秘患者的治疗效果及对其肛门直肠压力的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月就医的住院或门诊功能性便秘患者100例,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,各50例。试验组和对照组患者先进行便秘症状评分,评分结束后统一行肛门直肠测压检查。测压后,对照组采用传统方法治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上加行为干预,比较两组的临床疗效。结果干预前,两组患者便秘症状各项评分和肛门直肠压力比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组患者的便秘症状各项评分和肛门直肠压力均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的治愈率及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为干预可以降低功能性便秘患者肛门直肠压力值和便秘症状评分,改善功能性便秘患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。肛门直肠压检测和便秘症状评分可作为功能性便秘患者诊治的有效观察指标。

Objective To investigate the influence of behavior intervention on the effect and anorectal pressure of patients with functional constipation. Methods One hundred patients admitted in the inpatient or outpatient department of gastroenterology from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in the two groups received constipation symptom scores and anorectal pressure detection before the treatment. And then, the patients in the control group received conventional therapy, while the patients in the experimental group received behavior intervention based on the control group. The treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, the constipation symptom scores and anorectal pressure detection results between the two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. After intervention, the constipation symptom scores and anorectal pressure detection results in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The cure rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Behavior intervention can decrease the constipation symptom scores and anorectal pressure of patients with functional constipation, which alse can improve the clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy. Meanwhile, constipation symptom scores and anorectal pressure detection results could be used as an effective index for the diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation.
