摘要 目的探讨神经节苷酯应用于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗中的效果及对患儿神经功能的影响。方法选取我院2014年3月至2015年10月收治的114例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,依据治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,各57例。两组患儿均实施常规治疗,对照组患儿在此基础上应用胞二磷胆碱治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上应用神经节苷酯治疗。观察两组患儿临床效果、神经功能评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿临床总有效率为96.49%,远高于对照组的84.21%(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前神经功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿神经功能评分均明显提高,且观察组评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿不良反应发生率为1.75%,低于对照组的5.26%,但差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论神经节苷酯应用于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗中,可进一步提高治疗效果,显著改善患儿神经功能,且安全性较高,在临床治疗中有重要意义。 Objective To explore the effect of gangliosides on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and its effect on neurological function. Methods A total of 114 newborn with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were enrolled from March 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment methods, with 57 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional treatment, the control group added citicoline for treatment, and the observation group used ganglioside for treatment based on the control group. The clinical effects, neurological score and adverse events were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 96.49% in the observation group, which was much higher than 84.21% in the control group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference on neurological score between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05); after treatment, the neurological scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.75%, which was lower than 5.26% of the control group, but the difference was not significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Gangliosides in the treatment of newborn with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can further improve the treatment effect, it can significantly improve the children's neurological function with high safety, which has great significance in clinical treatment.
