摘要
目的探讨四维彩超检查在胎儿畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2013年3月至2016年10月均行四维彩超检查和二维超声检查的920例妊娠妇女的临床资料,孕妇孕周为19~27周,分析四维彩超检查和二维超声检查对胎儿畸形筛查的符合率及两种检测方法的敏感度和特异度。结果二维超声诊断符合率为63.3%(19/30),低于四维超声诊断的90.0%(27/30)(χ~2=19.865,P=0.000);两组特异度相同,四维超声诊断敏感度明显高于二维超声(P<0.05)。结论四维彩超检查在胎儿畸形诊断中的敏感度高,与二维超声比较,可大大减少漏诊发生,提高诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate diagnosis value of four-dimensional ultrasound for fetal abnormalities. Methods Clinical data of 920 cases pregnant women (19-27 gestational weeks) in our hospital from March 2013 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, and all cases received four-dlmensional colour and two-dimensional ultrasound examination, the accuracy, sensitivity and specific degrees between the two examination methods were analyzed. Results The accuracy rate of two-dimensional diagnosis was 63.3% (19/30), which was lower than 90.0% of four-dimensional ultrasound (27/30), the difference had statistical significance (χ^2=19.865, P=0.000); two groups had the same specific degree, the sensitivity of four-dimensional ultrasound was higher than that of the two-dimensional ultrasound. Conclusion Four-dimensional ultrasound has a higher sensitivity than two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, and it can prevent misdiagnosis, improve the diagnostic accuracy.
