摘要
针对浮选过程工况复杂、控制点数多以及设备分布分散等特点,基于施耐德的协同自动化技术,设计开发了浮选过程自动控制系统,详细介绍了系统网络结构与软硬件配置。实践表明,系统运行平稳、安全可靠,提升了浮选过程的自动控制水平。
According to the complicated operating conditions, a large number of IO points, widely distributed equipment and oth er features, the automatic control system for flotation process is designed based on Schneider's collaborative automation technology. The network structure of the system and the configuration of software & hardware are described. The industrial applications show that the system is operated reliably and the automatic control level in flotation process is upgraded.
