摘要
为了揭示矿山井下风机安装位置周围的风流特性,利用FLUENT软件,对风机安装在巷道中央且风机直径与巷道内径相差不大、风机安装在巷道中央且风机直径与巷道内径相差很大、风机安装在巷道一侧或2台并联风机只运行1台等井下3种常见风机安装方式的风机周围风流特性进行了研究,得出了不同安装方式下的风机周围风流流动规律,并依此获知风机选型方法和通风机站建设策略。
In order to reveal the properties of airflow around in- stallation positions of fans in underground mine, FLUENT software was used to analyze the three typical installation methods of fan——a fan being installed at the center of a tunnel, difference of the diameter between the fan and the tunnel is quite small; a fan being installed at the center of a tunnel, difference of the diameter between the fan and the tunnel is quite great and a fan being installed at one side of a tunnel, or only one fan running between two fans which are installed in parallel. The properties of airflow around the fans were explored and the movement rules of airflow around the fans under different installation methods were discovered, By the rules, the methods of fans selection and construction of fans station were obtained.
