摘要
本文从生态水利的视角入手,对河道治理的基本原则进行分析,并论述了河道治理生态水利的基础,最后重点分析了基于河道治理的生态水利模式的构建要点,希望能够实现防洪排涝与环境整治的有机结合,为生态水利在河道治理中的应用提供借鉴。
This paper analyzes the basic principles of river course management from the perspective of ecological water conservancy, and discusses the basis of ecological management of river course. At last, it analyzes the key points of ecological water conservancy model based on river channel management, hoping to realize flood control and waterlogging And provide reference for the application of ecological water conservancy in river course management.
