华润电力铜山项目公司在#6、#7煤场北侧以及南侧各设沉煤池2座,#8煤场南侧设有2套40 m3/h煤水集中处理设备和一座煤水处理加药间。煤水处理系统中最重要的一个环节就是对煤泥水的处理澄清过程,澄清处理过程在煤水处理罐中进行,是将混合药物后的煤泥水进行必要的反应、过滤以及澄清后取得符合国家标准水质的过程,所得到的清水多用于厂内栈桥的冲洗以及煤场的日常喷淋。本文介绍的装置是一种全自动的计量取样装置,其主要针对自溢式水处理罐设计,可以完全实现从取样到计量的全自动化过程,取样过程无需人员参与,只需事先设置好取样量即可。装置的供电采用节能环保的锂电池供电,并辅以太阳能电池板对锂电池进行充电。
