牙周健康对老年高血压患者口腔健康相关生活质量的影响

Effects of periodontitis on oral health-related quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension

目的评估牙周健康对老年高血压患者口腔健康相关生活质量(OH-QOL)的影响。方法将2015年9月至2016年6月在成都市第六人民医学心血管内科就诊的113例60岁以上的原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,使用CPI牙周探针进行牙周健康检查并根据检查结果分为高血压牙周炎组和高血压非牙周炎组,采用口腔健康影响程度量表[OHIP-14(中文版)]进行OH-QOL评估,并对得分情况进行统计分析。结果高血压牙周炎组患者OHIP-14(中文版)总分高于高血压非牙周炎组(P_(25)=10.00、4.00,P_(50)=13.00、7.00,P_(75)=19.00、11.75),高血压牙周炎组患者在"功能限制""生理性疼痛""心理不适""生理障碍"、"社交障碍"和"社会功能障碍"领域得分均高于高血压非牙周炎组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎对老年高血压患者的OH-QOL产生不良影响,医务人员应关注老年高血压患者的牙周健康,从而帮助其OH-QOL的提高。

Objective To investigate the effects of periodontitis on oral health-related quality （OH-QOL） of hypertension. Methods A total of 103 elderly patients with hypertensive patients who were 60 years old or older were included.Patiests were separated into twogroups according to results of periodontal health examination.Data were collected using the Chinese version of the oral health impact profile-14 （OHIP-14） and OH-QOL were analyzed. Results The total score of OHIP-14 in hypertensive patients with periontitis were higher than that in patients without periodontitis（P25=10.00,4.00,P50=13.00,7.00,P75=19.00, 11.75）. Scores of hypertensive patients with periodontitis were higher than scores of patients without periodontitis except in the psychological disability domain （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Peiodontits has unfavourable effects on OH-QOL of elderly patients with hypertension.
