Construction of Logistics Industry Ecosystem Based on Shared Values

建设物流强国,必须推进物流业"降本增效",打造物流产业生态圈是必由之路。结合物流业发展面临日益增长的高品质、多元化和个性化的需求,呈现出一体化、标准化、信息化、智能化和可视化的特征。基于共享价值的视角,借鉴共享经济服务框架,从战略、流程/活动、系统三个维度构筑物流产业生态圈,提出明确定位、加强政府引导,整合资源、提升核心竞争力,锐意创新、强化专业技术支撑,协同联动、推动多业融合发展,深化改革、优化生态圈环境等管理创新建议。以GS物流平台为例,从创新物流服务的角度,基于战略、流程/活动和系统维度分析GS物流产业生态圈。

To construct the logistics power,cost and increase efficiency in logistics industry were required to reduce. The only way was to buildthe logistics industry ecosystem. The needs of logistics was targeted at high - quality, diversified and personalized needs, while the development showedthe characteristics of integration, standardization, informatization, intellectualization and visualization. Based on the shared value perspective, this paperconstructed logistics industry ecosystem from three dimensions of strategy, process and system, using the framework of sharing economy services. Mean-while, it put forward management innovation suggestions, such as clear positioning and strengthening government guidance reasonably, integrating re-sources and improving core competitiveness, shape creating and strengthening the professional and technical support, collaborativing linkage and pro-moting integration of industry development, deepening the reform and optimizing development environment. Finally, taking GS logistics platform as anexample, this paper analyzed the operation framework of the logistics industry ecosystem based on strategy, process and system from the perspective ofinnovative logistics services.
