云南省人口城镇化与土地城镇化耦合协调性分析 被引量:11

摘要 以云南省16个市州为研究对象,选取相应的测度指标,基于面板分析及空间分析方法,对2014年云南省各市州人口城镇化与土地城镇化耦合空间分异特征进行研究。结果表明:(1)从空间上看,云南省城镇化水平不高,人口城镇化和土地城镇化耦合协调度非均衡性较显著,呈现出以昆明为中心向四周递减的特征;(2)从城镇化指数对比来看,除省会昆明外,其他市州都属于人口滞后型城镇化,以丽江、迪庆、德宏地区最为明显;(3)从各市州耦合协调度来看,除昆明为高度耦合时期外,其他大部分为一般耦合时期,少部分地区正处于拮抗时期向一般耦合时期过渡。针对存在的问题,云南省各市州应坚持"人口与土地"城镇化均衡发展,并结合各市州的区位、资源、经济和发展水平差异,制定相应的政策,以科学合理地推进城镇化建设。 Based on panel analysis and spatial analysis,the spatial variability of population urbanization and land urbanization in Yunnan Prov-ince in 2014 was studied by using 16 cities in Yunnan Province as the research object. The results showed that the level of urbanization in Yunnan wasnot high, and the nonuniformity of urbanization and urbanization was more significant, showing the characteristics of decreasing from Kunming to thecenter. From the urbanization in contrast to the index,in addition to the provincial capital of Kunming, the rest were part of the population lag urban-ization, of which Lijiang, Diqing, Dehong region was most obvious. From the city coupling coordination point of view, Kunming for the highly coupledperiod, the rest most of the general coupling period, a small part of the region was in the period of antagonism to the general coupling period transition.In view of the existing problems, cities should adhere to the balanced development of urbanization of "population and land", and combine the differ-ences in the location, resources, economy and development level of the cities, formulate policies suitable for local states, promote scientific and rationalurbanization construction.
