摘要
利用MDEA混合胺法进行天然气的脱碳工艺模拟,分析了MDEA混合胺溶液与CO_2的反应机理后确定了脱碳流程、搭建脱碳模型,并对胺液配比、胺液循环量、再生醇胺质量等参数进行分析优化,同时完成了塔体关键参数的计算,对指导生产有一定的参考意义,从而减少设备的资金投入,实现利益最大化。
The MDEA mixed amine method was used to simulate the decarburization process of natural gas. The reaction mechanism of MDEA mixed amine solution with CO2 was analyzed to help to understand the whole absorption process. After establishing gas CO2 removal model, the ratio of amine solution, circulation volume of amine the quality of recycled amine and other parameters were optimized. Meanwhile, the calculation about key parameters of tower was completed, which was helpful to guide the production, reduce the investment of equipment to achieve the maximum benefits.
