摘要
为对CuInS_2量子点进行表面改性,通过两步法制备了核壳结构ZnS@CuInS_2量子点。相比于CuInS_2裸量子点,核壳结构量子点的荧光量子产率提高了近4倍,达到了14%左右;探究了包壳反应时间对核壳结构ZnS@CuInS_2量子点的影响,确定反应时间长短对于调节量子点的荧光性质非常重要。
The ZnS@CuInS2 quantum dots of core-shell structure were prepared by two-step method. Compared with the CuInS2 bare quantum dots, the quantum yield of ZnS@CuInS: quantum dots in core-shell structure is improved by nearly 4 times to about 14%. The length of the reaction time on the core-shell structure ZnS@CuInS2 quantum dots were studied. The results show that the length of the reaction time is very important for adjusting the fluorescence properties of quantum dots.
