摘要
随着工艺技术的不断成熟,LED直管灯的光扩散涂层已逐渐采用水性聚丙烯酸树脂乳液作为粘结剂。本文阐述了此种粘结剂乳液制备所使用的原料构成,从电化学、高分子化学、纳米化学以及胶体化学的角度对悬浮液涂料的体系稳定条件进行理论分析,并就涂层与玻璃之间产生的应力与断裂问题作了论述。
With the continuous maturity of technology, the water-based acrylic resin emulsion has been gradually used in LED straight tube light diffusion coating as binder. In this paper, the raw materials used in the preparation of the binder soliquoid were described, and the conditions of stable system of soliquoid coating was analyzed from the principle of electrochemistry, polymer chemistry, nanochemistry and colloid chemistry, and the problems of stress and fracture between the coating and the glass were discussed.
