下沟矿瓦斯抽采系统仿真模拟及优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对煤矿瓦斯抽采系统现场中经常遇到的钻孔抽采负压低、抽采流量小、管路漏气等问题,应用图论理论和流体力学理论,结合下沟矿实例建立瓦斯抽采解算数学物理模型,使用Cross算法数值模拟出瓦斯抽采参数.通过瓦斯抽放工现场实测参数与模拟参数对照,推断现场瓦斯抽采系统问题源位置,为进一步的抽采系统优化提供依据.研究结果表明:钻场平均抽采量0.059 4 m^3/s,上隅角平均抽采量0.215 8 m^3/s,26~#~30~#钻场阻力较大,实测与模拟结果基本吻合,仿真结果可靠. In view of the low suction pressure of gas drilling and small flow and pipeline leaking problem which are often encountered in the coal mine production, this paper took Xiagou mine as the case of study, built a mathematical physics model with the graph theory and fluid mechanics theory, and used the Cross algorithm in the gas extraction's analogue simulation. Through contrastive analysis of the gas extraction actual measured parameters and the simulation parameters, this study inferred the origin of problem in the gas extraction which provides the basis for the optimization of gas extraction system. Simulation results show that the average quantity of drilling field is 0.059 4 m^3/s, the average quantity of upper corner is 0.215 8 m^3/s, and 26#-30# drilling field's resistance is large. The measured results are basically consistent with the simulation results which can provide reliable results.
