深部巷道“U”型钢支护典型特征及优化依据 被引量:1

摘要 为提高巷道"U"型钢支护的整体性效果,及研究在偏载下支架的内力分布规律和稳定性以利于优化支架分布.基于林南仓矿工程背景,采用数值分析方法,对支架的轴力、剪力、弯矩和位移沿巷道掘进方向的分布规律进行数值模拟.研究结果表明:轴力在支架腿处最大,顶处最小,剪力和弯矩在顶处、腿处和拱部部分区域较大;沿巷道方向,轴力整体比较平稳,在每个开挖步内有所差距,支架剪力和弯矩在总开挖巷道内逐渐减小;当偏压0.9 MPa时对围岩和支架的影响较大,围岩出现较大的塑性范围.支架内力在第一个开挖步内出现一个数量级的变化,应加强支架分布集度. In order to improve the overall effect of U-shaped steel support and study the distribution law and stability of the internal force distribution of the support under the partial load, this paper took Linnan Cao coal mine as the case of study, and carried out numerical simulation of the distribution law of axial force, shear force, bending moment and displacement along the roadway tunneling direction,. The results show that the maximum axial force is at the leg of stands; the minimum axial force is at the top of stents; shear force and bending moment at the top, legs and arch area of stand are higher; along the direction of roadway, axial force is stable; a gap in each excavation step, shear and moment of stents decreases in total excavation roadway; When the bias pressure is at 0.9 Mpa, it have bigger influence on the surrounding rock, and the surrounding rock has a large plastic range. Internal force of stands in the first step excavation has an order of magnitude of change, and the distribution of support should be strengthened.
