摘要 [目的]优化5%唑啉草酯·双氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂配方,并提高其物理稳定性。[方法]通过湿式超微粉碎法制备5%唑啉草酯·双氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂,以乳化性能、悬浮率、流变学性能及制剂在常贮、冷贮、热贮条件下的稳定性为主要指标,对配方中的乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂等助剂进行筛选。[结果]乳化剂7217K与7218Q以5∶1的比例复配,分散剂Atlox-4916添加量为1.5%,增稠剂838F 2#添加量为1.5%时,所制备的油悬浮剂各项指标达到最优。[结论]油悬浮剂配方中选择合适的乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂等助剂可有效提高制剂的物理稳定性。 [Aims] The aims were to optimize the formula of pinoxaden florasulam 5% OD and improve its physical stability. [Methods] Wet milling was adopted during the preparation ofpinoxaden, florasulam 5% OD. The emulsifying property, suspensibility, rheological property and storage stability at high temperature, room temperature and low temperature were taken as main indexes to screen emulsifier, disperser and thickener. [Results] All the indexes reached optimization under the following conditions: the ratio of 7217K and 7218Q was 5:1, addition of disperser Atlox4916 was 1.5%, addition of thickener 838F 2# was 1.5%. [Conslusions] Appropriate emulsifier, disperser, thickener can improve physical stability of OD formulation effectively.
