莱氏野村菌可湿性粉剂的研制 被引量:3

Preparation of Nomuraea rileyi Wettable Powder

摘要 [目的]以莱氏野村菌分生孢子粉为原药,研制具有一定杀虫性能的可湿性粉剂。[方法]考察载体、助剂与菌株的生物相容性及测定制剂相关性能指标,确定可湿性粉剂配方。[结果]配方为孢子粉20%,润湿剂为1%十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),分散剂为3%亚甲基二萘磺酸钠(NNO),紫外保护剂为0.5%黄原胶、0.5%甲基纤维素,以硅藻土为载体补足100%。以此配方制备的可湿性粉剂润湿时间为47 s,质量悬浮率为73.11%,孢子悬浮率为82.41%,含水量为2.01%,孢子萌发率86.25%。[结论]该粉剂各项指标均符合要求,且生测结果显示当用浓度为1.0×10~7cfu/m L粉剂浸染斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫时,能在较短时间有效致死试虫。 [Aims] The aims were to develop Nomuraea rileyi wettable powder with insecticidal properties using N. rileyi conidia powder as raw material. [Methods] The WP formulation ofN. rileyi was determined through researching the biocompatibility ofN. rileyi with carriers and additives and measuring related quality indicators of the formulation. [Results] The optimal formulation were 20% N. r//eyi conidial powder, wetting agent was 1% of SDS, suspending agent was 3% of NNO, UV protective agents were 0.5% of xanthan gum and 0.5% of methyl cellulose, carrier was diatomite up to 100%. The wetting time of the formulation was 47 s, mass suspension percentage was 73.11%, conidia suspension percentage was 82.41%, moisture content was 2.01%, conidia germination percentage was 86.25%. [Conclusions] The results showed that all the indexes are in accordance with the requirements for WP, when the concentration ofconidia was 1.0× 107 cfu/mL, the formulation can kill Spodoptera litura (Fabricius) larvain a relative short time.
