摘要
[目的]明确联苯肼酯对害螨的致死效应。[方法]采用Potter喷雾塔分别喷施并比较不同浓度联苯肼酯在不同药量下对朱砂叶螨的杀螨活性差异。[结果]喷施0.1~3.0 m L的联苯肼酯药液在叶片上的沉积量随着施药量的增加而显著递增,二者呈线性正相关关系,平均沉积量介于0.60~13.61μL/cm2;100、50 mg/L的联苯肼酯在0.2~3.0 m L的药量范围内对朱砂叶螨的死亡率无显著性差异,即不受施药量及沉积量的影响;而3.125~25 mg/L的联苯肼酯对朱砂叶螨的死亡率随药量和沉积量的增加而显著增加,呈线性正相关关系;不同药量范围的联苯肼酯对朱砂叶螨的LC50与药量及沉积量间呈幂函数关系,其LC_(50)值随药量及沉积量的增大而显著减小。[结论]联苯肼酯对害螨存在明显致死剂量效应。
[Aims] This study aims to investigate the relationship of lethal and dose response ofbifenazate on the spider mites. [Methods] The acaricidal activities of different concentrations and dosages of bifenazate on carmine spider mites, Tetranychus cinnabarinus, were compared by spraying on the potter spray tower. [Results] The deposition weight treated with 0.1-3.0 mL of bifanazatc on the leaves significantly increased with the increase of the spray amount, and the average deposition weight was between 0.60-13.61 μL/cm2. The mortalities at 100 and 50 mg/L of bifcnazate on carmine spider mites displayed no significant difference, namely, it is not affected by the amount of spray and deposition. And the mortalities at 3.125-25 mg/L ofbifenazate against T. cinnabarinua increased significantly with the increase in spray and deposition, indicating a linear positive correlation. The LCso values at different dose range of bifenazate on the cinnamon mite significantly reduced with the increase of dose and deposition, and their relationships also presented a power function. [Goflclusions] Bifenazate had significant lethal dose effect on pest mites.
