摘要
主要探讨了在客户端使用水性木器涂料并搭配专门开发的水性智能涂装生产线下,如何有效调控各项影响干燥速率的参数,如升温曲线、涂膜厚度、风速等,来取得最佳干燥参数条件,并完成这项理想的早上上线、晚上出货的一日涂装流程线工程。
This dissertation mainly discussed how to effectively regulate and control various parameters that influence drying rate (such as heating curve, film thickness, wind speed and so on) to achieve optimum drying parameter condition and realize one-day painting flow line: production commencement in the morning and delivery in the evening when waterborne wood coatings were used at the client side and combined with intelligent waterborne coatings production line.
