大学生MSM行为学特征及其HIV感染状况研究进展

Research progress on behavioral characteristics and prevalence of HIV in men who have sex with men among college students

目前艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者中,在校大学生男男性行为者(MSM)的人数迅速增长,成为我国艾滋病防制工作的重点人群之一。大学生MSM具有首次性行为年龄小、同性性伴个数多、安全套使用率低等艾滋病相关高危行为特点,还存在群交、商业性行为和吸毒现象。MSM中存在的艾滋病相关知识水平高、但性伴多、安全套使用率低的现象,在大学生MSM也广泛存在。针对该人群的艾滋病防治工作需要加以重视,急需有效措施来进行高危性行为的干预。为阐明大学生MSM中HIV感染的现状和高风险性,对大学生MSM的行为学特征及HIV感染状况进行了综述,

HIV infection in MSM （men who have sex with men） among college students has increased rapidly in recent years and become the key population of AIDS prevention and control work in China. MSM college students have AIDS related high-risk behaviors such as having their first sex at an early age, multiple sexual partners and a low rate of condom use. They also have group sex, commercial sex and drug abuse. The phenomenon also exists in MSM college students who have high-level HIV knowledge but multiple sexual partners and low condom use among MSM. Therefore, we should focus on the population in our HIV/AIDS prevention and control, with effeetive inter- vention measures for their high-risk sexual behavior. This paper aims to review the progress in behavior characteris- tics and HIV infection status of MSM among college students, and to know the situation and high risks of HIV in- fection among MSM college students.
