灸法在我国临床护理应用的文献计量学分析

目的对灸法在临床护理中的应用现状进行文献计量学分析。方法计算机检索中国知网和万方数据库2000年1月1日—2015年12月31日收录的灸法临床护理应用的文献,采用文献计量和共词聚类法进行分析。结果共纳入文献992篇;文章发表机构类型以中医院为主(66.7%),但文章基金支持率低,研究热点不突出;主要应用对象为尿潴留、疼痛和压疮患者;主要应用种类为温和灸、温灸器灸和回旋灸。结论灸法在临床应用范围较广,针对基金支持率低、热点不突出这些问题应加以改良,以提升灸法在临床护理应用研究中的质量。[关键词]灸法;护理;

Objective To explore the current status of moxibustion used in clinical nursing research by using bibliometrics analysis. Methods Literature search was conducted in CNKI and Wanfang database by using the keyword of moxibustion from January 2000 to December 2015. Bibliometric method and co-word cluster analysis were used to analyze the characteristics of the targeted literatures. Results A total of 992 literatures are included. TCM hospital is the main organization（66.7%） that uses moxibustion. But the funding suport rate is low,the research focus is not oustanding. Related diseases which moxibustion was used were urinary retention,pain and pressure sore. Mild moxibustion,moxibustion instrument and revolving moxibustion were the main application methods. Conclusion Moxibustion has been widely used in clinical nursing. Measures should be taken to overcome these problems to enhance the quality of moxibustion in clinical nursing research,for example the funding support rate is low and the hot spots do not highlight.
