摘要
本文针对现场两根断裂的齿轮箱箱体高强螺栓进行分析研究,得出螺栓断裂的真正原因:除了螺栓自身材料性能不达标以外,螺栓的选型、螺纹孔的加工质量、螺栓的装配工艺也是造成螺栓断裂的重要原因。提出了通过利用高强双头螺柱替代高强螺栓,并优化加工工艺和装配工艺等措施,解决螺栓断裂的问题,且取得了良好的效果。
Based on the analysis and research of gear hox with two fracture high strength bolts, the reasons of the bolt fracture are find out, in addition to the bolt itself material performance is not up to standard, the type of the bolt, screw thread hole machining quality, bolt assembly process are also the important reasons of the bolt fracture. This paper puts forward improvement measures to finally solve the problem of bolt fracture, by taking the place of the high strength double end studs with high strength bolts, meanwhile, optimize the processing technology and assembly process, and that achieved good effect.
