摘要 针对300 MN模锻水压机水路系统在使用中频繁出现密封击穿和泄漏、压力传感器损坏及管路连接松动等故障现象,基于AMESim和Simulink软件开展水压机水路系统动态特性的仿真分析。建立了水压机水路系统的联合仿真简化模型,并对模型的正确性进行了理论验证,完成了对水压机加压-碰模过程的仿真分析,得到了主分配器阀体泄漏、管道内径、乳化液温度和气体含量等相关参数对水路系统性能的影响规律,为水路系统的改进和维护提供理论指导。 For the fault phenomenon such as seal breakdown and leakage, pressure sensor damage and loose connection failure of pipeline of water system of 500 MN hydraulic die-forging press, the dynamic characteristics analysis based on AMESim and Simulink of water way system was carried out. AMESim mold of water system and Simulink mold of main distributor were molded, and the correctness was tested by theoretical calculation. The law of influence of some system factors was found in the Simulation analysis of press travel to mold-hit trav- el, which factors such as leak gap of valve, diameter of water way pipeline, emulsion temperature or gas contain act on the water system. The conclusions have a theoretical guiding significance to the improvement and main- tains of water system.
