摘要
液压泥炮是炼铁高炉炉前必备的设备。本文主要针对液压泥炮在使用过程中发现泥炮本体受热辐射较大、设备待机位置时打泥机构离地面太近和设备整体运行轨迹不是最优的问题和不足,通过增大基础距离、优化杆机构和斜底座等手段,实施技术方案改进,以减少设备本体热辐射影响、改善运行轨迹、提高使用寿命,对同类泥炮的设计优化具有参考意义。
The hydraulic clay gun is indispensable for the blast furnace. In this paper, some problems of hy- draulic mud gun in running process, main include mud gun body heat larger radiation, the equipment stand by position play mud being too close to the ground, and the whole running track of the equipment without optimiza- tion, are discovered. Several improved measures for more efficient utilization of hydraulic clay gun are pro- posed. The purpose of radiation reduction, improve the running track and service life are achieved by increasing the basic distance, optimizing mechanism and inclined base and improving technology. This means can be a ref- erence of designing similar equipment.
