Influential Factors Involved in the Effect of Online Psychological Counseling

从网络心理咨询的疗效出发,文章通过对十多年来我国大陆地区网络心理咨询理论与实证研究的分析与总结,认为来访者、咨询师、咨询关系、咨询理论与技术等因素影响网络心理咨询效果,应进一步提升网络咨询师的能力,建立咨询师与来访者的稳定、信任关系,创新网络咨询理论,才能优化网络咨询效果。

According to the effect of online psychological counseling, on the basis of analysis and summary of the the- oretical and empirical researches on the online counseling of China's Mainland in the past ten years, the article discusses the influential factors involved in the counseling effect from the following aspects：the client, the counselor, counseling relation- ship, and counseling theory and technology. In the end, the author gives some suggestions for the future research.
