社会主义核心价值观融入少数民族大学生资助育人工作是思想教育工作的重要内容,对于提升高校资助育人工作的效果以及贯彻落实"精准资助"理念具有重要意义。少数民族大学生的资助育人工作要坚持解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合;坚持立德树人,以德为先;坚持在物质帮扶的基础上更加注重精神资助的原则。可以通过建立资助档案、实施精准帮扶,坚持思想引领、重视校园文化、拓展素质能力,尊重民族风俗、彰显人文关怀等途径,做好少数民族大学生资助育人工作。

In ideological education, it is important to integrate socialist core values into subsidizing ethnic minority university students, which can help to promote the efficiency of university subsidy and education and to implement ＂taking targeted measures to help people in poverty＂. In work concerning subsidizing and educating ethnic minority students, it is necessary to adhere to incorporation between solving ideological problems and solving practical problems. Therefore, the work can be treated well based on establishing archives by the following approaches： putting precise support into practice and sticking to guidance for the ideology, settling practical problems and emphasizing campus culture, developing compe- tencies, respecting national customs, and highlighting humanistic concerns.
