分析多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术在小儿气道异物诊断中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析探讨小儿气道异物诊断总采用多层螺旋CT扫描以及图像后处理技术的临床意义。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年1月在我院进行治疗的高度怀疑为小儿气道异物患儿100例作为研究对象,对照组50例患儿采用X线诊断气道异物,试验组50例患儿在X线基础上进行多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术。比较两组患儿诊断与支气管镜诊断的符合率。结果试验组患者诊断符合率(48例,96.00%)明显高于对照组患者诊断符合率(34例,68.00%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿气道异物诊断中采用多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术具有较高的准确率,值得临床大力推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of multi-slice CT scanning and post-image processing technique on children's airway foreign bodies. Methods 100 cases suspected with airway foreign bodies in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as study objects, 50 cases in control group was given X ray, 50 cases in observation group was given multi-slice CT scanning and post-image processing based on control group. Compare the coincidence rate of the two groups..Resztlts Coincidence rate of observation group (48 cases, 96.00%) was obviously higher than control group (34 cases, 68.00%), the difference was statistic significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice CT scanning and post-image processing technique on children's airway foreign bodies has higher accuracy and is worthy of wide application.
