摘要
目的讨论老年疝气手术患者应用优质护理服务的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月-2016年7月,86例患有疝气的老年患者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组(各43例),对照组予以常规的护理干预,观察组采用优质的护理干预。结果观察组治疗效果、患者对护理的满意度以及患者术后不良反应发生情况优于对照组。结论优质护理干预,可以有效的提高患者的手术效果,缓解患者的临床症状,加速患者的恢复。
Objective To investigate the clinic effect of quality nursing care on senile patients with hernia surgery. Methods 86 cases with hernia in our hospital from April 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group （43 cases in each group）. Patients in control group were given regular nursing intervention, while patients in observation group were given quality nursing care. Results Treatment effect, satisfaction degree, adverse reactions of observation group were all better than those of control group. Conclusion Quality nursing care can effectively improve surgery effect, relieve clinic symptoms and quicken recovery of patients.
