陕西电大国培计划小学音乐教师培训课程分析

An Analysis of the Training Courses for Elementrty School Music Teachers by the State-Training Progran in Shaanxi RTVU

2014年陕西广播电视大学首次承担了"国培计划"中小学紧缺薄弱学科小学音乐教师项目,该项目培训主题为--基础教育课改背景下的小学音乐教师教学技能培训,着力提高全省小学音乐教师的学科教学能力和专业水平。针对本次培训教师基本情况,制定出三点具体目标,以体现"国培计划"培训课堂体系的系统性、完整性、针对性。参照国培计划课程标准及申报方案对课程的要求,设计了三个维度十一个模块十七门课程。主要采用专家引领授课、现场观摩研讨、实践技能训练等多种培训模式。
