中医护理临床路径护理在桡骨远端骨折患者中的应用效果研究

Study on Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Clinical Pathways in Patients with Radial Distal Fracture

目的:评估中医护理临床路径护理在桡骨远端骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年1月-2016年12月在本院住院治疗的无并发症单纯性桡骨远端骨折患者90例,利用摸球法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,观察组接受中医护理临床路径护理,对照组接受传统护理,干预时间为患者的整个住院期间。分别比较两组患者的平均住院时间及费用、肿胀消退情况、心理状况与配合锻炼情况、遵医行为及医疗服务满意度。结果:干预后,观察组患者较对照组患者出院更快,肿胀消退速度也更快,所用医疗费用也较少,同时在心理状况、配合功能锻炼情况以及遵医行为上,观察组患者表现更好,对所提供医疗服务的接受度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施中医护理临床路径护理能够为患者提供更准确、合理的医疗及护理,提高患者的医疗服务满意度,使其更快回归原有的生活,同时减轻患者的经济负担和医疗成本压力,值得借鉴。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinical pathways in patients with distal radius fractures.Method： From January 2015 to December 2016, 90 cases simplex distal radius fractures patients who without complication were enrolled, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to fetching-ball model, 45 cases in each group.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinical path care, the control group received traditional care, the intervention were throughout the time during patients in the hospital.The average hospital stay and cost, the swelling subsided condition, the psychological condition and the exercise situation, the compliance behavior and the medical service satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result： After the intervention, the average hospital stay and cost, the swelling subsided condition, the psychological condition, the exercise situation, the compliance behavior and the medical service satisfaction of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinical pathways can provide distal radius fractures patients more accurate and reasonable medical care and nursing, improve patients＇ satisfaction of medical services, accelerate patients return to original life, reduce their economic burden and medical costs, which is worth learning.
