摘要
针对全电缆高压配电网无功潮流特性、运行现状以及无功电压控制所存在的问题,提出基于电缆网无功潮流特性的高压配电网无功补偿方法。本文首先定义配电网平衡层,分析了全电缆平衡层内的无功潮流特性及无功调控原则;然后,论证了全电缆高压配电网加装低抗补偿的必要性,推导了线路节点的经济补偿量,并以此为整定量确定各补偿点类型及位置;最后提出全电缆高压配电网无功补偿方法,该方法针对网络中各补偿节点的分类结果,进行相应的容感性补偿装置分类协同控制。仿真算例表明:该方法在尽可能满足无功就地平衡基础上,能有效地提高全网的电压质量与降损效果。
In view of the reactive power flow feature of high voltage cable distribution network,operation situation and existed problems in the present reactive voltage control,the reactive compensation method for high voltage distribution network based on the reactive power flow features of cables is presented. In this paper,the balance layer of the distribution network is firstly defined,the reactive power flow feature and control principle inside the cable balance layer is analyzed,then,the necessity of adding low ind-uctive reactance compensation for the HV distribution network of cable is verified,the economic compe-nsation amount is deduced of the line node and the type and position of each compensation point is determined with this amount as the setting point. Finally,the reactive power compensation method of HV distribution network of cable is proposed,which,as per the classification result of each compensation point of the network,performs coordination control for the corresponding capacitive and inductive compe-nsation device. It shown by the simulation calculation that the method,on the basis of meeting reactive power local balance as much as possible,can improve effectively voltage quality of the whole network and loss reduction.
