摘要
通过分析科研项目预算管理问题成因,提出了改进预算管理的思路及措施,希望能对科研项目的预算管理起到一些启示作用。
In this paper, through the analysis of the causes of budget management in scientific research projects, this paper puts forward ideas and measures to improve the budget management, providing some inspiration to budget management in scientific research projects.
