摘要
以国有企业为研究对象,试探讨其在薪酬分配、激励机制中存在的问题,并总结相应解决措施,以实现企业发展的复杂战略目标。
Taking state-owned enterprises as the object of study, this paper tries to discuss the problems existing in salary distribution and incentive mechanism, and summarizes corresponding measures in order to realize the complex strategic objective of enterprise development.
