解析上海特殊教育“医教结合”综合服务模式 被引量:2

摘要 经过多年实践探索,上海市在特殊教育"医教结合"方面取得了巨大成效,走在全国的前沿。从概念解读和经验提炼两种视角来看,可以将上海特殊教育"医教结合"看作一种本土化的综合服务模式,其在多方面为我们提供了成功的经验。在理论指导上,上海模式突出多学科理论融合的重要性,从实际出发摆脱姓"医"姓"教"的纠结;在保障机制上,上海模式的建立和发展是以经费、制度、信息保障体系为前提的;在人才培养上,上海模式搭建高校专业培养平台,多途径培养、培训医教结合专业人才队伍;在效果评价上,上海模式开展教育评估和医学评估有机结合的全面评价,服务效果得到家长的认可。对"上海模式"的成功经验的总结,可以助力于建设特殊教育事业的发展,有效推进残疾人小康进程的进步。 After many years of practice and exploration, Shanghai has achieved considerable develop- ment on combination of medical and education in the Special education field, walking in the forefront of China. From the two perspectives of the concept interpretation and experience refining, the combination of medi- cine and education can be regarded as a localized comprehensive service-oriented model, which provides us with a successful experience in many aspects. First of all, theoretically emphasis on the importance of integra- of muhidisciplinary, Shanghai model freed from the dispute of supremacy between medicine and educa- tion tangled; secondly, on the security mechanism, the establishment and development of the Shanghai model is based on the information security system, economic and system guarantee system as the premise; thirdly, on the professional's cultivation mechanism, the professional personnel who combined with medicine an educa- tion were cultivated by the multiple channel training and on the training platform built in shanghai colleges and universities; finally, in effect evaluation, the effect of comprehensive evaluation which integrated educa- tion assessment and medical assessment together got good comments by the parents of children with special needs.The summarized the successful experience of Shanghai model could be helpful to the development of special education, and effectively promote the progress of the well-off society for the disability.
